The Urban Development Center, Inc. is a 501(3)(c) tax-exempt organization dedicated to the development of training and education curriculums and programs targeting urban communities. The UDC offers a trilateral focus of workforce, business and organizational development training and education services.

We are education and curriculum design specialist. We are people development strategist with the creativity to exercise tactical implementation approaches to meet community needs and desired outcomes. All of our experienced trainers are certified in multiple disciplines from workforce to business to organizational development strategies.
